"The depth of understanding about how stres sand trauma affect the body. It was fantastic having a psychotherapist with so much experience and a domestic violence specialist running the training. I could really see how much experience they both had and examples from both yoga and their other work really help bring the content to life. I can understand more clearly why yoga is so helpful. Now I get what is actually happening in the body. I loved the linking with the yoga philosophy as well as the power and privilege work. You managed to fit so much in but somehow it never felt like too much. amazing training."
