Yoga for Mental Wellbeing
These classes were for anyone facing mental health struggles who found studios inaccessible - maybe because of finances, physical or mental health issues, body size, identity and/or experiences of trauma.
Classes would generally start with some gentle breath exercises, then some physical movement and end with some rest & a guided relaxation.
Just to be in class was enough. You could do as much or as little of this as you wanted, and it could be done on the floor or sitting on a chair.
