Public Classes

We would love to share the beautiful and powerful practice of yoga with you! We currently have two public classes, shown below.


Yoga for Mental Wellbeing

These classes are for anyone facing mental health struggles who find studios inaccessible - maybe because of finances, physical or mental health issues, body size, identity and/or experiences of trauma.

Classes will generally start with some gentle breath exercises, then we’ll bring in some physical movement and end with some rest & a guided relaxation.

Just to be in class is enough. You can do as much or as little of this as you want, and it can be done on the floor or sitting on a chair.

Refugee Roots for Women

A free class for all women who are refugees or asylum seekers in Bristol 🌺

11.45-12.45 every Thursday during school term time, upstairs at the Wellspring Healthy Living Centre on Beam Street in Barton Hill

We breathe, stretch, move and rest together - all mats are provided, and beginners are welcome 🙏🏽
